International Sales
Shipping is via international airlines.

Prior to shipping, customers must confirm that they will be present to accept the shipment.  If we do not receive confirmation, we will not ship.

We will not ship during periods where travel conditions present an unacceptable risk to the health and safety of the animals being shipped.

Live arrival is guaranteed.

Minimum order for international sales is $2,500 (excluding shipping costs).

We require a 25% deposit.  This deposit is non-refundable, and must be paid in full before we submit our CITES paperwork.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with importing the shipment into the destination country.  These costs include, but are not limited to: Fees associated with CITES import permits; fees associated with any necessary import licences; customs duties; any and all taxes; etc.


Orders less than $5,000:

In most cases, a fixed fee of $250 will be charged to cover our CITES paperwork, export documents, health certificate, U.S. Fish and Wildlife inspection, and shipping costs.  This fee is non-refundable, and must be paid in full before we submit our CITES paperwork.


Orders of $5,000 and above:

We pay all costs associated with exporting the shipment from the United States.


Export Documentation:

Please allow approximately 4-8 weeks for us to acquire U.S. CITES export permits.


Import Documentation:

The customer is responsible for determining and obtaining any and all CITES import permits, import licences, etc., required by the country of importation.
