Shipping is via one of the methods below. Prior to shipping, customers must confirm that they will be present to accept the shipment as specified below.  If we do not receive confirmation, we will not ship. We will not ship during periods where travel conditions present an unacceptable risk to the health and safety of the animals being shipped.

Delta DASH to your closest airport:

This is our preferred method of shipping. Live arrival is guaranteed, except as specified below. The shipment must be picked up within 2 hours of arrival.  If the shipment is not picked up within this time frame, live arrival is not guaranteed, and we may decline future shipments to that customer. Please open shipping containers and inspect the contents thoroughly before signing the air waybill.  Delta will not allow damage claims unless it is noted on the air waybill at the time the shipment is picked up.

Overnight shipping to your door:

At the customer's request, we may offer overnight shipping to your door.  We may refuse to ship in this manner if doing so would present an unacceptable risk to the health and safety of the animals being shipped. We have had excellent results with this method of shipping.  Since overnight shipping companies do not offer controlled "Live Animal" transit conditions, however, live arrival is not guaranteed. The shipment must be accepted on the first delivery attempt by the shipping company.  If no one is present to accept the shipment on the first delivery attempt, we may decline future shipments to that customer.

Orders less than $2,000:

All shipping costs are to be prepaid by the customer. We will obtain an estimate of the actual shipping costs involved.  These costs must be paid in full, prior to shipping. Depending upon your location, the cost for shipping Delta DASH will be approximately $100; the cost for shipping overnight to your door will be approximately $120.  We have no markup on shipping; you pay only our actual shipping costs. We are sometimes asked why our shipping costs are higher than those of some other vendors.  For an explanation, please read our "Shipping Containers" section.

Orders of $2,000 and above:

We pay all shipping costs.
