Animals are guaranteed for 48 hours after arrival. Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, we guarantee that all animals will:
	- Be healthy. - Be an established feeder. - Be correctly sexed. - Accurately match any specific genotype description provided. - Accurately match any specific phenotype description provided.
Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon, we do not guarantee:
	- Animal temperament.
Additional guarantees and limitations apply to domestic and international sales.  Please consult our "Domestic Sales" and "International Sales" sections for further details. If you should encounter any issues with your animal(s) during the guarantee period, please contact us immediately.  If a legitimate issue exists that is covered under the terms of our guarantee, we will exchange the animal.  If we do not have a suitable replacement, we will either credit your payment towards a future purchase, or issue a refund. Once the guarantee period has elapsed, all sales are final.

In various sections of this site, we refer to the "arrival" of animals.  For face-to-face transactions, we consider that animals have "arrived" when they are handed to the customer.  For shipments that are sent via airlines, we consider that animals have "arrived" when the shipment reaches the airline cargo facility at the destination airport.  For shipments that are sent via overnight shipping, we consider that animals have "arrived" when the shipping company makes its first attempt to deliver the shipment to the destination address.
